Stephen is an electron microscopist who studies material characteristics at the atomic scale. He is also experienced in higher education administration, policy, and governance. Stephen is committed to working in organizational structures that promote inclusion and affirmation. He brings experience in team leadership, resource stewardship, and strategic planning.

 

 

Beyond his professional roles, Stephen loves to perform and share his personal passions of music and soccer as a player, coach, teacher, and volunteer. These community experiences are fundamental to his desire to look beyond existing systems and to build new pathways for access. Stephen is eager to dedicate his energy to advancing educational enrichment opportunities for those who seek them.
