Meet Your director

Michael Finney is a St. Paul based percussion educator and program development consultant with more than 10 years of success with building and empowering Minnesota communities through music education. Michael leads Chops, Inc.’s various youth outreach programs, and is the primary coordinator for DrumUp program offerings.
