Meet Your director
Michael Finney is a St. Paul based percussion educator and program development consultant with more than 10 years of success with building and empowering Minnesota communities through music education. He leads Chops, Inc.’s St. Paul youth outreach programs, and is the primary instructor at our Global Arts Plus and Hidden River After School Drumline programs.
