Jeanne Herrmann is a passionate, results-driven, executive-level leader with expertise in business operations and a demonstrated record of successfully building organizations. As a caring and authentic leader, Ms. Herrmann sees possibilities in most situations and will create a vision and develop talent to realize results.
Herrmann formerly served as the chief executive officer for the Broadview Education Consortium. The career colleges served students in certificate through graduate-level degree programs in allied health, creative arts, cosmetology, nursing, veterinary technology, business, legal and IT. Herrmann also served as a commissioner for the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) for 7+ years, 1 year as its chairperson, and led the Minnesota State Association of Career Colleges for nearly a decade. One of her greatest achievements included the opportunity to testify in front of Congress on behalf of student choice and access. Jeanne made it her life goal to serve as a passionate advocate for students. She describes herself as a true believer in career education because the sole mission, the reason the sector exists, is to lead students to successful careers and improved lives, “What an awesome opportunity and incredible responsibility!”
Jeanne graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hamline University and summa cum laude from the Minnesota School of Business with an MBA. Jeanne and her husband reside in Hudson, WI, where she can be found on her yoga mat or her boat slip in the St. Croix Marina spending time with friends and family enjoying the water and sunshine.
Herrmann joined the board of directors at Chops, Inc. in March 2024.
