Michael is a visionary and strategic Human Resources Executive with an enterprising mindset and track record of success. He has enjoyed a long and distinguished career with over 33 years of progressive human resources leadership experience.

In his most recent role as Chief Human Resources Officer for Radisson Hotel Group Americas, Michael led all aspects of Human Resources to grow the organizations inclusive culture, talent development, employee engagement, and sustainability efforts. He also played a critical role in guiding a wholesale organizational restructuring and subsequent company acquisition.

Previously, Michael served as Chief Human Resources Officer for White Lodging Services, one of the leading hotel ownership, development, and management companies in America. Before that, Michael spent over twelve years with Loews Corporation and Loews Hotels & Co, progressing to Executive Vice President, Human Resources. He began his career with
Starwood Hotels & Resorts, now part of Marriott International, where he served in roles of increasing responsibility at the property level and above.
