Josh Hoaby brings a unique blend of nonprofit leadership and professional music experience to the Board of Directors at Chops, Inc. As the Executive Director of the Minnesota Transportation Museum, he leads with a strong focus on community engagement, next-generation involvement, and organizational growth.

With over 15 years as a professional musician and worship leader in the Minneapolis area, Josh has seen first hand the transformative power of music. He is deeply passionate about empowering students through music, believing it to be one of the most effective tools for building connection, confidence, and community.

Josh is married and a proud father of three boys.
